Bush 'can't afford' to run for president

$1.4 million won't cut it...

I wonder if 'unsure' has the millions...

According to Jeb Bush, via the PSN, the number 1 reason he can't run for president in '08 is because "[h]e and his wife can't afford it."

Boo-freaking-hoo, he only has $1.4 million. Whether this makes our electoral system or the Bush family look more pathetic is a question only a hearty debate will address.

But you've got to wonder whether it's actually the $1.4 mil or perhaps the fact that Jeb can't crack double digits or beat "unsure" in the polls [stroking chin]. (PSN)

If we can survive 2 1/2 more years(I'm not sure we can) I hope this is the last of this mediocre family we will ever have to suffer through. The only time I want to hear or see the name Bush again would be when W and his cronies go on trial for war crimes etc

He doesn't even have to be on the ballot, and he'll be Diebolded and ES&S'ed into office, IF the powers that be decide he can be trusted to maintain the status quo. Kind of like what Hillary is fawning for.

But the very fact Jeb doesn't seem to have enough money might mean he's not heavily invested in offense contractor stock, and not bathing in blood.

Which, imho, would make him a decent candidate. Possibly the best out of a corrupt Nazi bunch.

But of course, not as far as the folks running this dictatorship would be concerned. For this bunch, Lieberman would have more of a chance being Prez than Jeb. Blood money is thicker than blood.

So the jury's still out on Jeb, who just might end up being the white (okay, let's just say grey, which in the Bush family, is tantamount to being snow white) sheep of the family. And an added plus; he could really do something about illegal immigration without anyone calling him a racist.

But of course, all this is moot, because chances are big brother and his cronies will get America nuked to a glowing black cinder long before 2008. (by China and Russia retaliating for the "Shock & Awe II" nuking of Iran.)

And before you all pile on, research my posts; no one hates the "accomplishments" of his big brother & crew more than I; I just believe brothers in families differentiate, and the fact that Jeb is being marginalized just might be evidence that he really just might be a good guy after all. I know, blasphemy, but many things in this world are not always as black and white as they first appear. Dubyah had a long history of being a complete f*ckup and drug burnout his entire life long before he came anywhere near politics; Jeb seems to be a very different story, "the good son." But, in the case of the Bush family, the good one would indeed end up being "the black sheep" as far as the rest of that heartless evil bunch was concerned.

Jenna and Barbie for co-President

I could vote for the Twins as Presidents: Jenna and Barbie Bush. I believe they are very much in tune with what Americans are thinking, and two of them would be extra cool. They are models and stuff and also Party Girls. They represent the essence of what it is to be American. Uh-oh, I just remembered: they're not old enough. Oh well, we'll need a Constitutional Amendment. PJT

There is no Democracy

If the only thing stopping someone from entering politics in the USA is lack of sufficient money. Then surely this is not a democracy - A real democracy is where anyone, rich or poor has
an equal playing field.

He doesn't have it now.....but in 2 years, the Christian Jihad Taleban, Big Pharma, Big Insurance, Big Oil, and the Military Industrial Complex can certainly assure that Jeb has all the lucre that he'll need. Couple that with Dibold, and it could be a "done deal".

The present in-bred Moron didn't have the money either before the run up to the 2000 "appointment".

And I remember, a thousand years ago, when some people worried about the potential of a "Kennedy Dynasty"!....sheesh! Would that it could've been!
