In this [VIDEO] you can see a man with a Tom DeLay shirt pushing an older woman in the face at an event for Nick Lampson, the Democratic candidate to fill DeLay's imminently vacant seat in the House.

Did he just decide to come out and rough up old ladies? Not exactly. I mean, he probably wasn't sitting around doing a yoga video, but it certainly doesn't foster an atmosphere of collegial debate when you receive a mass e-mail from Tom DeLay's campaign manager that reads: "Let's give Lampson a parting shot that wrecks his press conference."

And then this, which is the silliest thing I've heard in weeks:

"[DeLay Campaign Manager Chris] Homan said he organized the protest through phone calls and e-mails, but DeLay didn't know about it."

Yes, those dastardly campaign managers are always sneaking around and organizing protests.

Still, are they contrite? Not so much: "Homan said today's protest was a sign of things to come." Wow, future sneaking around. Hope DeLay doesn't read the papers or he's liable to find out about the next one in advance!

This "gentleman" must have been out of the room when the "family value" of not striking people (especially those smaller than you) was being explained. May be I'm wrong about that. Perhaps "hitting women" is ok when they are from the "Democrat" party.

This is not surprising. This neo-con party is a bunch of brownshirts, wrapped up in the Red, White, and Blue. If they continue in power as they are now, it won't be long before we'll be firing up the ovens.

The only lack of coordination was not having matching brown shirts, or that crowd could have come out of 1930's documentary fooage. And we hippies thought the mini-riots during the 1964 anti-war resistance marches was scary. This bunch makes the racist cops of yore look almost angelical. These wing-nutcases, motivated by the 'righteousness' of this turd, who completely perverts religion and likens himself to Jesus, will do whatever their instruction manuals direct them to do. And, the only authority that could tamp down the vigil of vitriol and violence happens to be the Texas governor. Do you think he'll be a voice of reason? Yeah, sure, just like he was in the Terry Schiavo "murder"!

Republicans getting abusive at a Democrat function.
You cant get a Democrat w/in a country mile w/out being
arrested for inciting unrest at a Republican gathering.
Because they are all about law and order.
We give out the laws you obey them.
We run up the bills you pay them.
Al Gore invented (but did actually push legislation for) the
internet.
Mr.Bush invented a new unnecessary,ever costly,
war; alternatives to fossil fuels;and a new type of
doublespeak even his party is getting tired of trying to
defend.
Look on the brightside with the uncovering of the Homeland Security pedophile case it adds a new twist to the definition of bringing" real integrity back to the Oval office".

If the Democrats do win some seats back over please dont waste our precious resources on trying to show case all the deception, corruption et al this administration has forced
America to suffer thru.Do the best job you can to fix the real things that will lift us all up, not just the select few.
All those years the Republicans plotted, vested to come up with slogans, ads, sales pitches finally winning the House,Senate and Presidency. They've had no reason not to
accomplish wonderful things and more than enough money not to be ably accounted for not accomplishing them.
