Hey, I'm glad I DON'T have a job...

or I would probably have been shot by now.

By the way, will the media and politicians talk about THIS shooter's religion ad nauseam too (if the shooter is not a Muslim)?

I work on Mohawk in the office complex across the street there in Tualatin. There were a bunch of cops blocking off traffic when I left work today. I asked what was up-- they just said there was 'an incident'. One of my co-workers couldn't get back into the neighborhood after lunch-- I guess I missed getting cut off from work by mere minutes. Rumors of a shooting murmured around the office all afternoon. Eh, big whoop. Just glad it wasn't at my office, I wouldn't have got anything done this week.

Drug testing is f'n lame, btw. There was a guy at my job who got the boot when he failed a piss test. WTF, like smoking a bowl on the weekend will affect your job performance. It's just dumb. Like checking your credit score to get a job that doesn't even involve financial responsibility for your company. Just tyrannical awfulness is all it is.
