On his radio show yesterday, Michael Savage took issue with the Obama administration’s accusations of partisanship against Fox News, calling the entire controversy a “kabuki play” generated for ratings and a bid for News Corporation (Fox News’ parent company) to expand business. Savage also took aim at Glenn Beck, saying Beck might soon be muzzled with a “bit in his mouth” by his bosses at Fox News. Savage proceeded to call Beck a dim-witted con artist:

SAVAGE: Within 90 days, he has got a bit in his mouth and he’s moving on to something else. [...] I’m not impressed by him. I’ve seen the act before. I’m not for him or against him, he does a reasonably good job copying people who are brighter than him who have done their work before him and taking as many ideas from as many people as he can without giving anyone credit. I get that. There’s nothing new about that either. But, my prediction is he’s got a bit put in his mouth very very fast and or he’s going to be fired.

Listen here:

Savage isn’t the only top far-right talker to trash Beck. Last month, Mark Levin, another top 10 radio show host, called Beck “mindless,” “incoherent,” and “pathetic.”

Digg!

He's quite an expert on the kabuki play; its what he's always done: attack the current most popular right wing mouthpiece in the hopes they'll attack back and promulgate his name to their listeners.

He's tried this with Limbaugh, Hannity and O'Reilly. He's a two-trick pony. His other bit is to claim he's the genius and others are stealing from him: his claim that he invented "compassionate conservative" and the Bush campaign never gave him credit.

He's as transparent as a jellyfish, but with only half the brain power.

God, I hope the wingnuts don't shut down Glenn Beck!

Beck is the biggest asset the progressives have. His outrageous performances, his incredible incompetence, his legion of ignorant sycophants virtually guarantee the the Republican and Conservative right will alienate intelligent, thoughtful, critically thinking Americans, and alienate conservative/liberal fence sitters.

Whenever I see Beck and hear his words, I see an adolescent craving attention with poor mimicry, puerile behaviors, and chaotic thinking. I hope all the lowbrows in America are drawn to Beck and aglomerated by the wingnut manipulators.

And I hope Savage and Limpballs and all the rest of their ilk suffer as a result. It is wonderful to see them tear each other apart as they strive for attention. And of course, they tear apart the carefully woven fabric of conservative America that big money, K Street, and the Religionists have woven over many years.

Hell Savage was not allowed to enter the UK.He's on The List, like other Undesirables or threats.
How low can you go Glenn?

May be Charlie Manson might have something good to say about you.

How do these people get into broadcasting speaking such lousy English?

But I'm enriched knowing that Michael Savage gets a stiffy thinking about riding a Geisha bareback.

I am unlike some of the other readers here. I sometimes - though not always - enjoy listening to Savage. He is bright and talented. Unfortunately he does have this unfortunate tendency to exhibit jealousy, if not spiteful envy, toward his competitors, such as the "golfer," the "hemorrhoid with ears," the "wall-banger," the "Leprechaun," etc.
