Poormet Cooking: Hilarious Videos About "Making Crap Food Go the Fancy Mile"
Got a tip for a post?:

If you've ever wondered what to do with all the crap in your cabinets, then Chad is the person to turn to. This musician/chef is all about making budget food taste great.
You can find three episodes of "Cooking with Chad: Poormet Style" on YouTube, but I'm hoping they'll be more. I have to confess that I have met the illustrious chef, but not sampled his fare, as of yet. Although his musical partner swears all his food is delicious.
This might be a bit hard to imagine in episode 1, when he makes a snack out of tortillas, canned tuna, beans and pears, but sometimes you have to just believe. I think episode 2 is my favorite -- you can watch to the right -- highlights are definitely searing ahi tuna on the coffee machine in the hotel room. And then there is episode 3, which takes place camping Texas with the band the Moaners. I love the potatoes in a can, but even more I love the song they made up to go with it.
And I also love the idea that making great food doesn't have to be expensive. Although just be warned, not only is the food budget but the the filmmaking is not your typical cooking show. It's still hilarious and the awesome music makes me forget about all the typos. Bon appetit!
