Use the money saved to start initiatives to provide health, education and infrastructure support in all areas that need them.

Assemble a team of military experts. Beef up the Marines and Coast Guard to meet all military needs. Then eliminate the Army, Navy and Air Force since they all have redundant and overlapping powers. Then begin closing foreign military bases. Eliminate all nuclear, biological and chemical weapons programs. Use the savings to start initiatives to provide health, education and infrastructure support in all areas that need them. This would include sustainable energy systems.
