Well, we got a ruling from the Election Contest Court Friday -- and while it was a ruling, it wasn't the one we've been waiting to see. Sixty-one Franken voters, represented by attorney Charles Nauen and hence collectively known as the Nauen voters, had filed suit in order to get their absentee ballots counted. Thirty-six of these voters had their ballots counted in the final vote count on Tuesday; the rest were not allowed to have their ballots counted.

Meanwhile, Republican Party of Minnesota chair Ron Carey has inadvertently admitted what we all knew, that Al Franken is our elected representative.

Check back again later this weekend, and have a joyous Ostara! (And throw some coin The UpTake's way, if you can.)

Digg!

Coleman is hanging IN until it gets to the Supreme Court, which just happens to be mostly Republican. There will be no real justice if they give it to Coleman
AL FRANKEN WON THE SENATE RACE IN MINNESOTA!!!!!! SWEAR HIM IN ALREADY!!!!

And especially anything Democratic. At all costs, prevent the numerical majority for the Dems and hopefully exhaust Frankens term while not yet sworn in. And they will then cry "term limits" immediately.
There is NO limit to the slimyness of these wankers!
Constitution? Isn't that written on HEMP? That alone must invalidate it, right?
What we need are tax cuts!!! Huzzzah !!!
Would someone in Minnesota please play some "Slim Whitman" music really loud so maybe their heads will explode!!!!!!! Please make them go away while we have a nation to save.
