Former Vice President Dick Cheney says just talking about Gitmo enables the terrorists:

And when they see the American government caught up in arguments about interrogations, or whether foreign terrorists have constitutional rights, they don't stand back in awe of our legal system and wonder whether they had misjudged us all along. Instead the terrorists see just what they were hoping for - our unity gone, our resolve shaken, our leaders distracted. In short, they see weakness and opportunity.

Okay; then shut up, Dick.

Digg!

I certianly hope so. Why is he allowed to go on? He missed the boat. He'll never hear "Hail to The Chief". People will not stand up when he enters a room. He was never presidential material or he would have been elected. Hanging around being a pain in the ass won't change that. He's never been anything but an 'also ran'. Living in the presence of greatness but not quite there. So yes, he should STFU. Thanks, ANNA

Nah, he knows he can blab about it. HE knows that it was his buddies that brought on 9/11.

He can pretend to us that he thinks we must keep everything secret so terrorists won't get us. This is good for him, in keeping Americans from knowing his crimes in office.
But actually he knows that putting out the information will hurt nobody, because the war on terror is based on 9/11, and 9/11 was an inside job.
The only person hurt by exposing information is him and his buddies.

Don't you know that, Alternet?

is to imprison him, allow no access to media, and slit his lying throat. I would help with all three.

We want an end to all the miserable slanders and greed from Republican hucksters who hate their fellow Americans because we don't support them in the style they prefer.

Cheney would be dictator for life if it were possible. He wants to be another Papa Doc, I think.

No one thought he would run his sedition ra-ra with a new puppet. But there he is assasinating this presidency, too.

Nothing saves this country's security, name, and free world standing more than the successful booking procedures of the monstrosity, constitutional crisis-itionalist, Federal Inmate #___________.

The american/constitutional abeyance remains until some bunky gets this ra-ra.
