Like many people, community organizer Charles Barron was outraged when four NYPD cops were cleared of all charges in the Amadou Diallo case. But Barron had special reason to be angry -- for the last year and a half, he has been seeking justice in the case of 22-year-old Patrick Bailey, another black man killed in New York City by none other than Kenneth Boss, one of the four recently acquitted in the Diallo trial. "We tried in 1997 to get this killer cop off the street before he killed again," Barron said. "Now he's gotten away with murder twice."
