REYNOLDS: No One Face of AIDS

Reynolds writes: "Seven-year-old Precious Thomas is as much a miracle as a painful reminder that there is no one face of AIDS. Reynolds writes: "Several national studies have shown that there have been a disproportionate placement of hazardous waste sites and industrial facilities in communities of color nationwide. What can be done about industries that select low-income minority neighborhoods as toxic graveyards?"
